wondering how to travel to Kalavrita...   

Kalavrita is an historical city of Pelopponisos. They are placed in a distance of 190 km from Athens and you are going to need about two and a half hours by car, whereas from the port of Patras they are only 80 km away, in other words one hour by car.                                

• If you come from Athens you follow the national road Athens-Patras and you turn to the exit Diakofto-Kalavrita which is on the 159^th km. Then you follow the provincial road Pounta-Kalavrita which is totally 32 km and you will need a half  hour ascent.
• In case you want to avoid the national road Athens- Patras you can follow the national road of Athens- Tripoli. You turn to the exit towards Kleitoria- Levidi and then you follow the provincial road of Kleitoria- Kalavrita.
• From the port of Patras you follow the national road Patras- Athens and then you turn to the exit Diakofto- Kalavrita on the 159^th km. Then you follow the provincial road Pounta- Kalavrita which is totally 32 km a halh hour ascent.

 *If you intend to visit our city during the winter months you should prefer to travel before the sunset as long as you have a more confortable and safe trip.

How to get to Finday Boutique Hotel Kalavrita

The Hotel Finday is placed in the beautiful city of Kalavrita at the homonymous hill (Hill Finday) and it is only 800m away from the central square.

• As soon as you arrive in the city of  Kalavrita in the first cross that you meet there is the station of the rack railway "Odontotos" . In this point you turn left to the central road named “Agiou Alexiou”. You go on straight and in the end of the road you meet a round square. By following a clockwise way you arrive to the fourth little road “Agias Triados”. Having a playground to your left hand you continue straight and you turn right to the end of the road. To the end of the uphill you turn again right. Going on straight after 200 m. you are on the top of the hill Finday.
